Sharit, Bunn and Chilton, located at 99 Sixth Street S.W. (US Highway 17), sits in a five-story historic Citrus Exchange building that was once used as a bomb shelter in the 1960s. Situated next to the original Winter Haven City Hall, the law firm is easily accessible from downtown Winter Haven.

The original members of the firm, Scott Bunn and Charles Chilton, have been practicing law since graduating from law school, Bunn from Florida and Chilton from Vanderbilt. Joe Sharit has since retired and lives in Gulf Breeze, Fla. The current members of the law firm ar Scott Bunn, Charles Chilton, Bob Stambaugh, Kelly Butz, Robert Chilton and Brad Henry. All are local residents of Winter Haven and have a deep, family connection to the area.
