Robert J. Stambaugh
Robert
J. Stambaugh, a third-generation native of Polk County, Florida,
concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, commercial and
business transactions. He is "AV Rated" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating granted by that independent publication.
Mr. Stambaugh began his undergraduate training at Polk Community College, graduating with honors. Continuing his family's tradition of citrus expertise, he earned a degree in citrus business from Florida Southern College,
graduating magna cum laude. He also received the John J. Brennan Award
and the S.L. Frisbee Award. After graduation, he worked in the
agricultural industry for several years prior to attending law school.
Mr. Stambaugh graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law and was admitted to the bar in Florida in 1991.
Mr. Stambaugh is a member of the Winter Haven Rotary Club and has served that organization as president and director. He is also a director of the Citrus Research and Development Foundation, Inc., a direct support organization of the University of Florida. He has
served as an officer and director of the Camp Rotary Operating
Association. He has also served as the director and president of the
Auburndale Mainstreet Redevelopment Association and is a founding
director and past President of The Community Foundation of Greater Winter Haven.
